Montelukast Sodium is a selective and orally active leukotriene receptor antagonist that inhibits the cysteinyl leukotriene CysLT1 receptor.
Levocetirizine HCL, is an orally active H1-receptor antagonist.

Co-amoxiclav Tablets 625mg are pale yellow, oblong, biconvex tablets embossed 625 on one side. The tablets contain 500mg of amoxicillin (as trihydrate) and 125mg clavulanic acid (as potassium clavulanate).

Formulation and Dosage
Tab Adult Mild to moderate infections 625 mg bid or tid. Severe infections (including chronic & recurrent UTI & lower resp tract infection) 1-2 times 625 mg tid.
Dental infections (eg, dentoalveolar abscess) 625 mg tid for 5-7 days.
Powder for susp Children weighing ≥40 kg adult dose.
Children up to 12 years old Skin & soft tissue infection, recurrent tonsillitis 20/5-40/10 mg/kg/day tid or 25/3.6-45/6.4 mg/kg/day bid.
Otitis media, sinusitis, lower resp tract infection & UTI 40/10-60/15 mg/kg/day tid or 45/6.4-70/10 mg/kg/day bid.
Renal impairment Tab Adult CrCl 10-30 mL/min 625 mg bid, <10 mL/min 625 mg once daily. Powder for susp Children CrCl 10-30 mL/min 15/3.75 mg/kg bid. Max: 625 mg bid, <10 mL/min 15/3.75 mg/kg as a single daily dose. Max: 625 mg/day.
Haemodialysis Tab Adult 625 mg every 24 hr + 1 dose during dialysis, to be repeated at the end of dialysis. Powder for susp Children 15/3.75 mg/kg/day as a single daily dose prior to hemodialysis + 1 additional dose of 15/3.75 mg/kg, then another dose of 15/3.75 mg/kg after hemodialysis to restore circulating drug levels.
Indication
Infections of upper & lower resp tract, GUT, skin & soft tissue, bone & joint, dental eg, dentoalveolar abscess. Other infections eg, septic abortion, puerperal sepsis, intra-abdominal sepsis.
