Levocetirizine HCL, is an orally active H1-receptor antagonist.
MEFEGEN
Mefegen is used for the short-term relief of mild to moderate pain from various conditions such as headache, dental pain, menstrual cramps, and muscle aches. Mefegen acid is known as a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). It works by blocking your body’s production of certain natural substances that cause inflammation. This effect helps to decrease swelling, pain, or fever.

FORMULATION:
Each capsule contains:
Mefenamic Acid, USP………………………………………..500 mg
DOSAGE:
Adult dose: 2 capsules initial dose followed by one (1) capsule every six (6) hours or as prescribed by the physician. Not recommended for use in children and pregnant woman.
PRECAUTIONS:
Contraindicated in patients with ulceration or inflammation of the gastrointestinal tract. Use with caution in patients with impaired renal or liver function. It may enhance the effects of coumarin estrogen.
Indication
For the relief of pain, including muscular, rheumatic, traumatic, dental, post-operative and post-partum pain and headache.
WARNING:
Absolute Contraindications:
Not to be given to those patients who have history of:
- Stroke: Cerebrovascular accident, CVA
- Heart Attack: Myocardial Infarction, MI
- Coronary Artery bypass graft, CABG
- Uncontrolled Hypertension
- Congestive heart failure (CHF) NYHA II-IV
