Montelukast Sodium is a selective and orally active leukotriene receptor antagonist that inhibits the cysteinyl leukotriene CysLT1 receptor.
Levocetirizine HCL, is an orally active H1-receptor antagonist.

Formulation and Dosage
FORMULATION:
Each ml contains:
Salbutamol (as sulfate) …………………………………………….1mg
Ipratropium Bromide …………………………………………200mcg
DOSAGE:
Per 2.5 ml of salbutamol (as sulfate) + ipratropium bromide contains 500mcg of ipratropium bromide and 2.5mg of salbutamol (as sulfate)
Adult over 12 years old: One ampoule (2.5ml) every 6 to 8 hours.
For the treatment of acute attacks: One ampoule (2.5ml) is sufficient for the prompt relief of symptom. in severe cases, two ampoules (5ml) may be required if an attack has not been relieved by one ampoule (2.5ml).
Children 2 to 12 years old: 3 drops/kg/dose (maximum dose 2.5mg of salbutamol) every 6 to 8 hours.
ADMINISTRATION:
Via nebulization:
- Prepare the nebulizer for use.
- Hold the ampoule upright and twist off the cap. Transfer the contents of the solution in the nebulizer reservoir. Salbutamol+Ipratropium bromide solution for inhalation should not be mixed with other drugs in the same nebulizer.
- Use the nebulizer according to the instruction provided by the manufacturer.
- Discard the remaining solution in the reservoir after use and clean the nebulizer thoroughly.
Since salbutamol (as sulfate) + ipratropium bromide solution contains no preservatives, it is important to use the content immediately after opening. A new ampoule should be used for each administration to avoid microbial contamination. Discard partly used, opened or damaged ampoule.
Indication
INDICATIONS:
Indicated for the management of reversible bronchospasm in patients suffering from asthma or chronic obstructive airway disease who require more than a single brochodilator or who require a second brochodilator.
CONTRAINDICATION:
Contraindicated in patients with hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy or tachyarrhythmia.
Contraindicated in patients with history of hypersensitivity to Ipratropium Bromide, Salbutamol (as sulfate) or to Atropine or its derivatives.
