Montelukast Sodium is a selective and orally active leukotriene receptor antagonist that inhibits the cysteinyl leukotriene CysLT1 receptor.
Levocetirizine HCL, is an orally active H1-receptor antagonist.

FORMULATION:
Each vial contains:
Ceftriaxone (as Sodium), USP…………………………1g
10ml Sterile water for injection diluent is included.
DOSAGE:
Adults: Usual adult daily dose: 1-2 g given once a day (or in equally divided doses twice a day) depending on the type and severity of infection. The total daily doses should not exceed 4g.
Treatment of uncomplicated gonococcal infection: 250mg IM as a single dose.
Surgical Infection prophylaxis: 1g IV 0.5 to 2hours before surgery.
Children:
Treatment of skin and skin structure infections: 50 & 75mg/kg once a day (or in equally divided doses twice a day). Total daily doses should not exceed 2 g.
Treatment of acute bacterial otitis media: 50mg/kg IM as a single dose (not to exceed 1g).
Treatment of serious miscellaneous infections (except meningitis): 50 to 75 mg/kg daily once a day (or in equally divided doses every 12 hours. Total daily dose should not exceed 2g.
Treatment of meningitis: Initial dose: 100mg/kg (not to exceed 4g). Thereafter, a total daily dose of 100mg/kg/day (not to exceed 4g daily) is recommended. The daily dose may be administered once a day (or in equally divided doses every 12 hours). The usual duration of therapy is 7 to 14 days.
For prevention of secondary cases of meningococcal meningitis: A single intramuscular dose of 250mg may be used for adults and 125mg for children. Usual duration of therapy is 4 to 14 days; in complicated infections, longer therapy may be required.
For infections caused by Streptococcus pyogenes, therapy should be continued for at least 10 days. or as prescribed by the physician.
For the treatment of lower respiratory tract infections, skin and soft tissue infections, urinary tract infections, gonorrhea, pelvic-inflammatory disease, bone and joint infections, and intra-abdominal infections caused by susceptible pathogens.
